Rental Steps

Step 1:

Search Monte Vista Properties Available Properties List.

Step 2:

Review the properties and ensure that the monthly payment fits your budget.  Please drive-by the outside of the property you are interested in.  Once you have driven by the property and have decided that you like it contact us to set up an appointment to view the inside of the home.

Step 3:

Once you find the property you want, fill out  our rental application.

Make sure to give us the correct contact name, phone numbers and addresses for past landlords, employment etc.

When submitting an application, please bring the following items for each person 18 years of age and older:

• Completed, signed and dated application
• Original California ID or Drivers License
• Original Social Security Card
• Original Proof of Income
• Application fee of $25.00.  Cash, Money Order or Cashier’s Check ONLY.

Step 4:

Call or email us and make an appointment to submit your application in our office.  We are pretty flexible and try our best to meet with you at your convienence.  If you reach our answering service, please leave us your contact information and best time to call.

Step 5:

Once approved, we will schedule a joint walkthrough inspection, complete your rental agreement and give you keys to the house. Congratulations!
