• Monte Vista Properties prides itself on our marketing strategies, we will meet with you and can discuss our marketing strategy to meet your needs.
• We use multiple methods of marketing: Internet, Property & Neighborhood Sign Campaign, Newspapers and our existing Client Database.
• We will follow up with the leads, pre-qualify them and ensure they provide a complete application.

Screen of Applicants

• We will thoroughly review and screen each prospective tenant and their rental history.
• We will verify their current income and employment.
• After we have reviewed the applicants, we will make our recommendations.

Rent Collection and Disbursement

• We will collect the rent and security deposit.
• We will ensure a full move-in inspection form is completed.
• We will provide the rental and lease agreement forms.

Detailed Monthly Accounting

• Every month you will receive a statement with rental income and expenses.
• We will disburse the rental proceeds to you on a monthly basis.
• We will handle the eviction process, if necessary.

Complete Property Maintenance

• We will provide your tenants with a 24-hour emergency repair service.
• We are able to negotiate a volume discount with our trades and pass those benefits on to you.
• We can arrange for anything else necessary.
